First, look at how you spend your time during the week. After you take care of your responsibilities (work, cleaning, cooking) there should be enough time each day to focus on bettering your life.
Next, pay attention to what you eat. You know if its healthy or not. No longer can you use the excuse about not being able to cook. There are plenty of recipe sites, youtube cooking channels, and books to teach you how to cook healthy and eat right.
Lastly, think about if you have a real desire to make these changes, you’ll know how serious you are if you can last 6 months with these changes.
