    For me, it’s all about diet and excersie. I need to be active and busy!

    Eating healthy is a must.

    That, and a positive outlook!


    Keep your mind involved in different things such as which will make you to divert from what actually you are suffering from.
    I would truly suggest which is really helping to get out of my depression is, playing with kids. Make them to smile, make them to talk, make them to walk, make them to listen what you speak. U will really forget the world, I swear.
