Monday Meals: Peach-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

An easy grilled meal doesn’t have to star hamburgers or hotdogs. This recipe for Peach-Glazed Pork Tenderloin is just as fast, but significantly more sophisticated. A grill pan on the stove top works great, but why heat up the kitchen and scrub a pan if you don’t have to? The glaze utilizes peach preserves, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic to quickly punch up the lean pork.
