May 10th – 16th is National Women’s Health Week in America. Take the pledge; challenge yourself take steps to become your healthiest you.

Visit the Office on Women’s Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services  http://www.womenshealth.gov/nwhw/pledge/  There you can select your age to receive targeted advice for what actions you can take to improve your health starting today.  Take the pledge and see how many women in your area are making the same commitment to their health.
